# 手把手教你如何关闭风险提示

**近期听到有社区老铁说他们手机的Loopring app遇到了些问题，比如说被提示有风险、app上有感叹号、转账提示有风险、应用上检测出病毒等等，这里跟大家分享一下对应问题的解决方法。**<br>

1.更新华为鸿蒙系统之后无法安装或者更新Loopring APP。

2.部分用户的手机安全管家会提示Loopring APP有安全风险。<br>

目测会遇到这些问题是由于老铁们所在的地区（你猜）已经禁止了加密货币相关的应用，所以该地区的安全系统会直接将加密货币相关的东西视为风险项... 然后就安装、更新不了了...<br>

（最最最根本的解决办法是直接科学上网，通过谷歌应用商店安装Loopring app，这样就完全不会有乱七八糟的提示了）<br>

## **对应解决方法：**

### **1.关闭鸿蒙系统纯净模式**

### **2.将应用添加到信任选项**

如果安全检测测试到Loopring app感染病毒了的话，将Loopring APP添加到信任区就进行了。Loopring app本身应该是完全没问题的，毕竟我从谷歌应用商店下载的app一直用的好好的...

注意：经某些社区老铁反馈，某些品牌的安全管家可能没有“移入信任区”的选项，或许可以考虑换一个安全管家...<br>

我这里摸索出来的解决办法就是这些了，如果还有其它的问题我也没辙，建议直接加小路(L\_Loopring)或者小印(Y\_Loopring)的微信直接问。<br>
